Support others with our range of audio tools:
Relaxation resources including teaching tension control training and calm controlled breathing. These resources are available in a range of languages.
Mindfulness resources, including grounding, body scan and compassion-building audio recordings, created and voiced by mindfulness expert Stephanie Wilson.

Many LLTTF resources are also available in closed caption video and printed book format.
