Your obligation to return rejected products. If you wish to exercise your legal rights to reject products you must post them back to us (unused and in re-saleable condition where appropriate) or (if they are not suitable for posting) allow us to collect them from you. You must pay the costs of postage or collection. Please call customer services on 01360 661078 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return or to arrange collection.
Your right as a consumer to change your mind does not apply in respect of:
(a) e-books, dvd’s, gift cards, online training and live events;
(b) digital products after you have started to use these;
(c) services, once these have been completed, even if the cancellation period is still running;
(d) products sealed for health protection or hygiene purposes, once these have been unsealed after you receive them; and
(e) sealed audio or sealed video recordings or sealed computer software, once these products are unsealed after you receive them.
