Living Life to the Full offers a range of resources aimed at Supporters (staff from Education, Charities, Churches, Health or Social care, Commercial and private work) in how to introduce and support our life skills resources.
We have organised information on this page so you can either:
1). Book a live 1 day online training workshop: on how to deliver our various LLTTF resources in a skills based workshop.
2). Lunchtime Master class series: Led by Professor Chris Williams- learn key elements of our approach – fast.
3). Commissioned training: tailored for your team delivered online or face to face.

2). Lunchtime Masterclass Series
Our Masterclass series is a quarterly event where you can lunch and learn about the LLTTF approach suited to your practice needs.
Presented by: Professor Chris Williams, Past President BABCP, Emeritus Professor of Psychosocial Psychiatry, University of Glasgow.
When? Presentation 12.15pm- 1.00pm with Q&A on practical implementation.
Who is it for? Anyone who is interested in gaining an insight into utilising the range of LLTTF resources. If you are working in health, social care, third sector services, and education workers. IAPT staff, both low intensity and high intensity workers, team leads and supervisors. Counsellors, public health and more.
What you will learn: This is an exciting opportunity to find out all you need to get started helping others to help themselves. Discover more about how to find a language that engages and includes, using the LLTTF approach and free online worksheets.
