LLTTF® is committed to accessible, low cost, high impact resources and training that can help services deliver their core mission and significantly increase their capacity for delivery. Our resources are widely used across the UK, Ireland, and Canada within local and national delivery programmes.
We produce a range of low intensity cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)-based resources that can be used at scale to help people help themselves when facing common mental or physical health difficulties. These can be accessed as printed or online books, live classes or through online, encrypted UK-based GDPR compliant web sites. Non-UK servers can be used in other settings where this is required by local regulations.
People can use these resources by themselves unaided, or with automated email support, live 1:1 support (for example by a psychological wellbeing practitioner, or other staff member), or via classes or book clubs supported by your or our staff (training available).
We have significant experience in helping services implement and maintain our low intensity approach – this includes supporting national and local roll-outs. Discover our Overcoming / SPIRIT resources here.
