What LLTTF.com is not

Living Life to the Full isn’t about diagnosis. It’s not about medical treatment. It’s not about completing diagnostic questionnaires. No tablets, no diagnosis, no preaching.

Instead we try to teach important life skills that aim to help empower and equip you. You’ll learn how to; understand why you feel as you do, choose to do activities that improve wellbeing, identify blocks or activities that make us feel worse, boost your confidence, understand and change your sleep, become more assertive, calm anxious worries and be more compassionate and supportive of yourself, asking for what you need, be calmer, less irritable and more.

Getting support as you learn

If you’re feeling stressed or low it can be especially hard to feel motivated and organised enough to plan change. The website therefore offers free automated weekly emails to remind and help motivate your use of the course. We also offer an option for a coach or supporter to work with you as you learn, to help you stay on track. This can include your own chosen supporter if they have also registered on the website and you agree to share your site usage with them, for example charities workers or those in healthcare settings or education. Supporters can monitor up to three clients for free. Please note no one will have sight of your personal data unless you consent and request them to form a personal support relationship with you.

Do I need to buy anything?

No. You can register and use your preferred course completely free of charge. However if you wish to buy accompany course books either as printed or to read online these are available to you via paid subscription upgrade. Many of our books are also available free of charge in local libraries.

How do I pay for all of this?

Living Life to the Full is committed to low cost access of its resources for many people. It works with charities in many different ways to provide free access to resources. The income earned from licencing class based versions, selling books, or access to online books and other resources, allows the core course resources to be accessed by you for free.
