Our range of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)-based resources cover key topics such as understanding why we feel as we do, looking at things differently, building inner confidence, doing things that make you feel better, overcoming irritability and anger … and more.
The LLTTF® resources can be flexibly adjusted to engage people from different backgrounds. The majority of resources used are designed for the general user. However various adaptations of materials have been made to make them relevant to people from different backgrounds, or facing specific difficulties.
- In Canada the LLLTTF® approach has been delivered in Ismaili mosques across Canada- with a national Mosques co-ordinator.
- In England, an NHS commission led to a Churches Together project using the LLTTF classes and resources in churches with different faith backgrounds. They chose to deliver content both inwardly to their church members, and also outwardly to the wider community.

About our resources
Living life to the Full with God
A version of the LLTTF class resources has been created for use by Churches to work with those who share their faith. It draws on CBT-based life skills, and also uses Bible verses, discussion of life problems both generally and from a faith perspective in order to engage and support people who go to church so that their faith can be addressed as part of the solution to low mood and stress, rathe than as part of the problem.
