LLTTF® is committed to accessible, low cost, high impact resources that can help EAP’s deliver significantly increase their capacity for delivery. Our resources are widely used across the UK, Ireland, and Canada within local and national delivery programmes.
A growing number of EAPs have adopted our resources and find they provide wide content, delivered in reliable, secure and attractive ways.
We produce a range of low intensity cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT)-based resources that can be used at scale to help people help themselves when facing common mental or physical health difficulties. These can be accessed through online, encrypted UK-based GDPR compliant web sites with a bespoke look to match your own branding. Non-UK servers can be used in other settings where this is required by local regulations.
People can use these resources by themselves unaided, or with automated email support – the most popular way our EAP clients choose to support their members. Additional options include resources to accompany phone or internet-based support.
