Overcoming Bingeing Online (OBO): Online skills to help people help themselves.
For individuals: If binge eating feels difficult to understand or change, this programme offers a structured way to learn practical skills that can help.
It introduces key ideas and builds skills step by step using cognitive behavioural principles to help you take control.
You can work through the content at your own pace, revisiting material and focusing on what feels most relevant as your understanding develops.
For Services and charities: This resource can be used with support for people who may benefit from it such as BN, BED, and OSFED. In NHS England OBO can be used in services with support under existing NICE guidance.
In unsupported/unguided settings, NICE have recently identified OBO as the sole product identified for further evaluation for use unsupported by a practitioner in the NHS. Contact us to discuss if you wish to evaluate in an NHS clinical setting.
