Living Life to the Full for Young People – Code to allow access for either an individual or a family group (e.g. 1 adult and and 2 young people) to online LLTTF-YP resources for 1 year.
An online course for use by or with individual young people aged 13 to 18. Covering all the common challenges young people face over this turbulent time.
1). Key Life Skills: Step by step modules to bring about key changes in your life.
Understanding your feelings – Find out key information about what makes you tick, Doing things that make you feel better, Looking at things differently and Building inner confidence
2). Additional Life Skills: So you can work on the things you need to.
Asking for what you need – Being assertive and respecting what both you and others have to say Getting a good night’s sleep, How to fix almost everything (tackling problems), 1,2, 3 breathe (tackling anger), Eat yourself happier, The things you do that mess you up
3). You Time:
Do a Wow walk – The world’s an amazing place- look at it with fresh eyes today, You Time: Take a mindful moment, 10 things you can do to make you feel happier straight away, Be kind to yourself, Be thankful, Get moving, Help someone out, Get the rhythm
You would also have access to additional modules on a range of topics and be able to read the ebooks online.
Who is it for?
For use by or with individual young people aged 13 to 18. Can be used by Individual and Commercial users – If commercial you must add your company name when requested at the checkout.

How to access the resource
Once purchased you will be emailed a code to allow three people to create an account and register for the course and access the resources.
The codes will be valid for 12 months and accounts created using the codes will expire 12 months after activation (a new code can be added on the dashboard to renew access to the site).
