Description
We can all worry from time to time. Sometimes it is helpful to worry. If we never concerned ourselves with things that might go wrong, we’d run into difficulty. This book is aimed at helping young people who find they are concentrating on the stressful ‘what if’ side of things too much. This may lead to physical symptoms, sleepless nights, and exhaustion.
Whichever way worry affects you; this book can help you beat it and fix your worry habits for good.
