Description
Aimed at adults with unhealthy drinking habits who are aware they need to make changes in their drinking patterns.
The two days in the book title refers to establishing a Lo day- where you drink less. And a No day- where a single day is introduced into the week where no alcohol is taken.
From there you can build the number of Lo and No days towards the target you set for yourself. Including a Drinking diary, advice, hints and tips, this short book aims to help motivate and provide a structure for helpful change – and establish a healthier relationship with alcohol.
