The Canadian Mental Health Association
The Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) is a nation-wide organization that promotes the mental health of all, and supports the resilience and recovery of people experiencing mental illness. CMHA is one of the oldest voluntary organizations in Canada, which provides direct service to more than 100,000 Canadians through the combined efforts of more than 10,000 volunteers and staff across Canada. CMHA BC Division has the exclusive license to present Living Life to the Full (LLTTF) across Canada.
CMHA are delivering the Living Life to the Full 8 week classes. The course sessions are 1.5 hours each and are held once a week. Trained facilitators use small group activities to identify and work on improving feelings, moods, and behaviours.
