NEW – Guided self-help Urdu version of the living life to the full intervention for secondary school adolescents with low mood and anxiety in Pakistan: A feasibility study

A new paper has been published on the use of the Urdu version of the Living Life to the Full for Young People Class teaching resources.

Two schools were involved in the research and the pilot data showed that the guided self help Urdu version of LLTTF was effective in reducing symptoms of low mood and anxiety in Pakistani adolescent’s sample.
